Shipping Policy


The following Shipping Policy is valid for all orders placed on our website, www.tingestore.com. By making a payment for one or more items on our site, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

We strive to dispatch and deliver customer orders in excellent condition and in the shortest time possible. For orders amounting to Rs. 2000 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. For orders below Rs. 2000, a shipping charge of Rs.100 will be levied per order.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days of placing the order. The delivery time might vary between 3 – 10 working days.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.

Missed Delivery of Order
If you miss the delivery of your package, relax. Our courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. Also, just drop us an e-mail at info@tingestore.com mentioning your Order ID and we will put you in touch with the delivery partner directly.

Delay in Receipt of Order.
In case the ordered item(s) do(es) not reach you within 30 days from the shipping date from our warehouse, we will offer a full refund if the tracking information shows that delivery was not attempted. However, in case of packages for which we do not have a tracking number, we will assume in good faith that the package delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount within 7 days from the date of raising a complaint with us. 

Order Returned to Sender
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will be able to offer a partial refund after deduction of Rs. 300 towards logistics along with the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged as well as any payment gateway charges we might have had to bear. In case the delivery is missed due to the customer’s unavailability at the mentioned address, we will make three consecutive attempts to deliver the package.

Our Delivery Partners
We use DTDC to deliver our packages. In areas which are non-serviceable by this carrier, we use the Speed Post method provided by the Indian Postal Service to deliver parcels. The choice of the consignment carrier is made at the sole discretion of Sabrina Suhail LLP.

Shipping of Multiple Items
For orders with multiple items, the complete order may not be shipped out in a single consignment or on the same day. You will be notified in such an instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any delay in shipping will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be alerted within 2 days of placing your order with an apt resolution.
