Return & Exchange Policy


RETURN POLICY
We have an eight day Return Policy which is applicable under these circumstances:

  • Returns/exchange requests will be accepted only for manufacturing defects including missing parts, damaged/defective products. This does not include hue variation (unless drastically different from chosen shade) 
  • For any concerns regarding manufacturing defects, please write to us at info@tingestore.com  with your concern within 48 hours from receiving the product 
  • We will not entertain returns/exchanges for any reasons other than those specified above

 

RECEIPT OF DAMAGE, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a broken, unsealed, or tampered package, do not accept the order at the time of delivery. We have a thorough quality check process for our products, their packaging and shipping, but in the rare instance that you receive a damaged/defective/wrong/incomplete order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@tingestore.com and we will take care of the rest.


RETURN PROCESS

  • Send an e-mail with pictures of the product(s) in reference to info@tingestore.com and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place. 
  • In order for us to honour the return/exchange, the product should be unused
  • Put the item(s) to be returned in a sealed bag along with the price tags, brand tags, box and all original packaging must be present
  • Any gifts, discount coupons, or freebies received along with the order being returned/exchanged must also be returned along with the product
  • Mention the order ID on your shipment

  • Notify us of the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it on info@tingestore.com – we want to keep an eye on it too!
  • Give us 4-5 business days after receiving the product to perform a quality check, post which we will process your refund/exchange. Details of the exchange parcel will be shared with you on your registered email ID.
  • Please allow for 7-12 days for the processing of returns/exchanges after delivery of the return consignment to our warehouse.

 

Important points to note:

  • Returns or exchange of discounted products will not be accepted. Discounted products are considered as “FINAL SALE” products with no option of return or exchange
  • All return shipping costs will have to be borne by the client
  • If the item(s) doesn’t pass the quality check for a return/exchange, Tinge & Sabrina Suhail LLP reserve the right to send the product back to you as received. Before sending the product back to you, we will share images with you and intimate you via email.
  • Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store or at other authorised retailers.
  • The product must be returned within eight calendar days of informing us of the product defect
